Our firm came into being as a result of Roger's prestigious legal experience as illustrated by the following excerpts from his résumé:

My family and I never dreamed that we might have to face losing our home and our good credit.  My husband and I did everything we could to work with the bank, but they came back at us (repeatedly) with varying versions of the following: “Sorry, you simply do not qualify.”  We were eventually forced to seek out legal advice.  That is when we came accross Roger P. Croteau & Associates, Ltd. online.  Roger is fair and honest and he actually helped us to negotiate with our bank.  We are now in short sale proceedings - we were (originally) led to believe that this was no longer even an option!

If Roger and his associates didn’t know the answer, they were quick to research the problem and produce results.  They were almost always available...and when they weren't, we usually received a call back that day.  They possessed the necessary connections to get our short sale listed with the proper brokers while making sure that the process was as painless (for us) as possible.

It’s been challenging to start over and this has been a very rough year.  Thanks to Roger, we have been able to rebuild our credit by the time for our toddler will start kindergarten.  I am sure that most will agree with the notion that HOPE - especially in these trying times - is a far better alternative than the unfortunate scenario that we were originally faced with.  We are very thankful to Roger P.
